About 10 years back I came home late from work. While out on the balcony having a smoke I saw a tic tac shaped object with alternating blue and orange lights. At first I thought it was a high flying airliner because it was going real slow but as it reached some clouds I realized it was not flying high at all, it was under the clouds. It zig zagged fast a few times then took off straight up real fast. Really freaked me out…..
