Princess Diana Murdered? British Police Investigating New Allegations
8/18/13 – British police are looking into a shocking new claim that Princess Diana was murdered by a member of the British military. Almost 16 years ago, Princess Diana and boyfriend Dodi Al-Fayed were killed in a car crash in Paris. Detectives at Scotland Yard have confirmed to Sky News that they’ve received new information. Sky News’ Mark White reported that the evidence is a letter supposedly from the former parents-in-law of a former British soldier. The unnamed soldier is believed to have been a member of the elite British Special Air Service commando unit. It reportedly claims that the soldier was behind the death of Princess Diana and Fayed.
White noted that there have been numerous investigations over the years into similar conspiracy theories surrounding Diana’s death, but no evidence was found to substantiate those claims.
Investigators concluded in 2008 that they were unlawfully killed due to reckless speed and drinking by their driver as well as the reckless pursuit of paparazzi chasing them.
