Va, Vayu, Apousha, Tir, Tishtar, Nas, Nasa, Nasu, Dorooj, these are some of the Iranian Demons in Aryans adopted during Sassanid into Zoroastrian texts by the Hirbadan Hirbads. The Iranian Demons are divided to three distinct epochs. Pre-Zoroastrian Demons, Zoroaster Reform, and the Islamic Demons. Part I focuses on Demons such as Apousha the Demon of drought and Va the all powerful wind god. We also visit Genies such as Nasu (that sits on corps) and Druj (or lie) who eat us alive and leave us as empty shells walking around.
