Is BigFoot Real Or Not My Experience At The Off Grid Homestead
Many people have asked me to share my experiences about why I am starting to believe in Big Foot. I was not a believer before moving to the off grid homestead. I am still not sure if I am a believer or not. One thing is for sure. I am starting to become afraid of the dark forest at night. There is something out there and I have witnesses.
There is sometimes a sound in the woods like two bamboo sticks banging together. This is always in a pattern of one second intervals and always four times. I have heard this again and again.
I have had multiple witnesses hear these sounds out here in the night before. Always in summer, never in fall or winter.
Nature is random. Nature is chaotic. Nature does not make repeated patterns of sounds. The sounds I hear are too perfectly ordered and timed to be of random nature.
I grew up around the woods. I spent countless days and hours in the woods. I love hiking and backpacking. I have never before experienced such sounds as I hear out in the woods behind my meadow.
I have heard that some dinosaurs that were once thought to be extinct are still alive today. Deep in the jungles there are some smaller dinosaurs still seen today.
The coelacanth is one good example of a fish that was though to be extinct but was recently discovered. It made headlines around the World.
The Loch Ness Monster has been seen by way too many people to be all a fake.
So, can there be a Big Foot?
I am starting to think it is possible.
Back to my story.
One summer night I was out with a friend visiting under a clear night sky. It was peaceful and beautiful. The stars were clearly visible.
We heard the four distinct wood banging sounds spaced one second apart. Then suddenly we heard this very heavy mass rushing at us. It was heavy and it was fast. It was about 50 yards or so out in the dark woods. But it was rushing at us so fast.
I have to be honest and say that we did not wait around to see what it was. We ran into the camper faster than you can blink. I think my friend was more terrified of the fact that I had a 12 gauge locked and loaded in my hands before he could blink. He never saw a person move so fast.
It never came at the camper and never attacked. All was quiet in the woods.
But I kept hearing these noises spaced one second apart and always 4 times.
When you live around the forest you learn what an animals sounds like. You can distinguish between a chipmunk, squirrel, bear or deer moving through the woods. Especially on leaves. You can really tell what is walking on leaves.
But this thing was huge and heavy. It was not the bear. My little bear is a small black bear. I have showed him on video before. He is used to me now and does not bother me at all. He never even approaches the meadow anymore but gives my home a wide berth.
So, yes I am starting to believe that BigFoot is real.
I am not sure.
But something is out there.
