This astral projection audio is the isochronic tone version of ‘Astral Gen’. To switch to binaural beats, select the annotation on the interface. Note that the frequencies ascend throughout the duration of the audio, so if you fall asleep to it, the session may also double up as a lucid dream induction! It can also be used just to simply relax and unwind.
INSTRUCTIONS: Use one frequency daily – choose one by clicking on the relevant annotation. Laptop speakers are recommend, though you may use headphones if you wish. If using speakers, adjust volume so the beats are borderline subliminal. Achieve a meditative state and use one of the visualisation methods below.

This brainwave entrainment audio will assist in triggering the necessary mental state for experiencing the Astral Projection phenomenon (see also ‘OOBEs’ – out of body experiences).
