Zen Sunset Meditation, understanding, insight, spirituality

A session inspired by the brainwave patterns of Zen meditators. This is meditation session stimulating upper Theta, 7 Hz: deeper than the Schumann meditation sessions, but higher than the regular Theta meditation.
This session is inspired by the work of Maxwell Cade and his research with experienced Zen meditators. Cade noticed that this pattern emerged after deeper Zen meditations, and so this is often called the “afterglow of meditation.”
It uses binaural beats and is recorded using slow tempo mood music surrounded by rain sounds.
Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax. Your eyes should be closed, even if you are using screen flashing or light glasses.
It is recommended to use headphones.
During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible
