"Expert" LMAO. The definite light in the sky is a lens flare, where's his explanation for the light source for the lens flare as light hitting the interior of the lens is how lens flares are created. The Sun is obviously behind the camera as we are looking at a picture of a rainbow. How is it a lens flare, that is impossible in those conditions. The other object was clearly a balloon you could see it listing in the wind. I've seen UFO's myself and have been watching videos of sightings for many years. There are no UFO experts as we haven't a clue what these myriad things are, their purpose or their intentions.

why can't "smart" phones superimpose a grid over the video showing degrees azimuth and altitude? That way we could tell if the phone was moving or the object.

That filming is impossible to determine what it is. It's a waste of time.

I made a ufo report to mufon from back in the 1990's. From approx.size, wing design, lighting on rear of object. From sounds of engine to absolute silence. No traffic, no planes taking off from the airport. It's as if my wife and I were in a time warp. I sent in a report and when I checked the report, it was butchered and appeared as if a 5yr old had written it. I'll never believe in mufon again.
