The Nephilim are NOT the Offspring of Fallen Angels and Human Women (Part 3)

Subjects: Nephilim were “mighty MEN”, not fallen angels; Nephilim does not mean “giant”; Nephilim in the Land of Canaan; DNA of ancient Canaanites matches DNA of modern Lebanese.
Description: In the Word of God, “Sons of the Living God”, “Sons of the Most High”, and “Children of God” ALWAYS refer to God’s people, never to angels. The Hebrew word “Nephilim” is NOT related to the Hebrew word “nephal” (“fallen”); therefore, there is no link between Nephilim and fallen angels. The Nephilim were “mighty men” (Hebrew: gibburim), NOT angel-human giants. The Hebrew word gibburim occurs frequently throughout the Old Testament and ALWAYS refers to MEN, never to angels. The Hebrew word “Nephilim” does NOT mean “giant”. The KJV translation of Nephilim as “giants” is based on the Septuagint (ancient Greek translation of the Old Testament) and is misleading because the meaning of the Greek word gigantes (“giants”) is different now than at the time of the translation. Although some of the inhabitants of the land of Canaan were taller than the Israelites, they were NOT angel-human giants. Recent DNA studies reveal the ancient Canaanites were the ancestors of modern Lebanese.
