Practice daily to attain mindfulness.

1) Plug in your ear phones for maximum listening comfort.
2) Sit back, relax in a comfortable position, cross legged, sitting, or lying down. Meditation is meant to be comforting.
3) Follow your breath, or count numbers to get in the mood, and listen to the relaxing sound.
4) If you need to itch or adjust your position, do so with mindfulness.
5) When extraneous thoughts arrive, gently carry yourself back to your concentrated mind.
6) After the meditation has finished, make it a point to carry your relaxed state with you, wherever you go.
7) Come back daily to meditate.
