UFO flying over a building in Hungary, September 2014. In this UFO video someone is recording an emergency services truck. The camera veers off the truck and focuses on the sky over a rooftop building where the UFO is caught on tape. You can see what appears to be a UFO spinning as it appears to be flying over a building off into the distance. This UFO video was recorded in Hungary in Europe.
