Six Arrested In Alleged Threat to Pope Benedict
British police have arrested a sixth man in connection with an alleged threat against Pope Benedict during his historic visit to London. Authorities say a 29-year-old man was detained on Friday, hours after five others were arrested in a pre-dawn raid. British media report that some of the men are of Algerian origin. As VOA’s Robert Raffaele explains, the arrests did not alter the pontiff’s plans.
