Jeff Johnson “Oceanus”

My inspiration, besides Jeff Johnson’s music, was a documentary called “Mermaids: The Body Found.

Mermaids the Body Found took about 5 years to complete. It was the inspiring testimony of Research Assistant Dr. Paul Robertson, formerly with the NOAA Fisheries Dept.1996-2005, and other scientists who gave compelling evidence, suggesting that mermaids could be real. See the documentary: (Sorry, the video was pulled by Discovery International).

Unfortunately, the government confiscated the remains and their research as the team was about to return to the United States. Suspicious behavior for something that isn’t real, don’t you think? Anyway, I contacted Animal Planet two times and they still won’t sell the DVD. Btw, If anyone knows the name of the music in the Mermaid documentary or where to buy it, I would greatly appreciate your letting me know.

Whether they are mermaids or not, there are definitely mysterious and unknown species in the oceans (and our skies, like “UFOs”). And in the past 10 years (and this is mentioned in the Mermaid film), there’s been two new species of whales found, the largest species on Earth. Now if two enormous sized species can go undetected all this time, whose to say what is or what ain’t in the oceans.

So there is still a real question as to what else is down below because we’re still finding things. Watch “Mermaids: The Body Found” with an open mind and heart, and decide for yourself.

Oceanus is from the album “Prayers of St. Brendan: The Journey Home.”

Oceanus is also in my “Universe 5 Hearts Of Space” CD.

PHILADELPHIA July 3, 2012 – The federal government last week went to unusual lengths to assure Americans that mermaids do not exist. Really, why is that I wonder? “No evidence of aquatic humanoids has ever been found,” asserts the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), in an item posted June 27 to its website.

But it gets stranger. Another federal agency seems to be muddying the mer-waters. Go to BelieveInMermaids on the web: the Department of Homeland Security have seized that domain. Does the government protest too much? Just why are the G-men suddenly interested in mermaids? .

Try to find the video “Mermaids: The Body Found” and you decide. I once thought people were silly and gullible for believing in Merpeople. But not any more. It’s the same way I feel about the UFO phenomena.

Thank you Jeff Johnson. Wishing you continued success, good health and good Karma! Much Love – Ambriel
